Return and Exchange Policy for Vigold Creations

At Vigold Creations, we take pride in the quality of our Nigerian dresses and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we don’t offer monetary refunds, we do provide an exchange option to ensure you find the perfect item. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team at Vigold98@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
  • Clearly state the reason for the exchange and the item you’d like in replacement.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Ship the item back to us at the provided address, including the return authorization number.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).

Condition of Returned Items

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned items do not meet our criteria. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • The replacement item will be shipped to you using our standard shipping method.

International Orders

For international orders, the same exchange policy applies. However, please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, and taxes for both the return and the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Vigold98@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange or, in rare cases, a refund at our discretion.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that Vigold Creations does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.
